I came back! I know what I said earlier in previous reviews, (read them all) but when I saw a 2-4-1 "Happy Birthday" Coupon on the computer I couldn't delete it and hence here we are, husband and wife. Could it get any worse or would this truly be an enjoyable dining experience? We would soon find out....... Joining the line for sliced roast beef, the lady doing the carving looked at me and remarked, "I'm glad you came back and hope this experience is a lot better then last time." Amazing, it was Shirley now the Manager and in total control. Delicious roast beef with au jus was perfect and giant pieces of Fried Chicken were tasty, along with excellent large chicken tenders all combined to "fill the bill." This surely was a "birthday" present from Old Country Buffet. Just as we were ready to leave, Shirley came over to ask how everything was and hoped I would return. I think she just might be right!

Service was slow. The restaurant was dirty( my chair was covered in glitter and food on the floor). Couldn't even get a cup for a beverage while i was eating. Food was variety was limited and taste was sub par at best.

Last time I'm stopping in here. The food wasn't all that great and for a buffet the variety of selections was limited. Even my ten year old said the best thing about the place was their drinks. The food was very plain and food presentation was a mess. When we got there the cashier was on the phone talking to a friend the whole time while serving us, which was totally rude. Overall, customer service sucked from beginning to end.

I had called old country buffet to let them know of the issues we had. I figured if management didn't know how can they fix it. She told me she was there and she apologized for all the issues. Told me that night was worse as they have been so busy they run out of food. She told me she would sent me vouchers for buffets and drinks and to let manager know when I come in. The vouchers never came.

This place is getting worse by the minute. Food on the floor. Tables overflowing with dirty dishes. Food all over buffet tables - nothing says classy like chicken drumstick in the wilted Cesar salad bowl. Staff making every effort not to be there. 6 trays with buffet items were empty. When we are paying for full buffet menu, we would like to actually get the full variety. Asked the staff to replace them - they ignored me. Very limited vegetarian selection - nothing like green beans from a can to make the meal special. We went there because our picky kids were hungry, and when a 6 year old says "it's a bad place," you know to cut your losses. Will never come back.

Still about the same quality. It now costs a little more. Dinner time was busy people kept coming and plenty leaving. Staff are still friendly more so as we've got to know each other. I guess I'm still a fan!

Years ago my siblings and I would go during the summer when it was too hot to cook. The food is above average. My favorite thing on the menu is the carrot slaw and roast beef- I highly recommend it. The desserts are okay. The last time I went there for dinner it costs $10 it went up. You're better off going to Golden Corral. I think when you're age 12 you get a discount.

It's really dark at this location. They should consider improving the lighting. Parking was convenient and food was ok. Prices were reasonable.
